Our Story

In 2002, four family members got together to fulfill a dream – to create a senior living experience above any other. Their desire was to give back to those who have given so much during their lifetime.

The owners became involved in a lengthy renovation of a previously owned assisted living building in downtown Colfax. From the very beginning attention to detail was essential. Their efforts have evolved into a beautiful addition to Colfax and the surrounding Palouse; the proud new home of many seniors, The Courtyard at Colfax.
